Lemon Tree Premier, Mumbai International Airport ★★★★

I stayed for 4 nights. What I noticed is that the breakfast buffet has good options. The room service was super fast. I ordered food and the food was delivered within 15 minutes, which was very fast and quick, that is what I like the most about the property.

I didnt like the cleanliness of room. I checked in the room no. 530. The bed sheets were not changed, the previous guests might have used it. Also the bathroom had water marks everywhere. I am not staying in some lodge, its not accepted from Lemon Tree and when you are paying such a high price. It doesnt matter to me, whether its peak season or off season, Or they should say we are sold out. Dont offer the room with soiled bed sheets and not properly cleaned washrooms. Also the staff behavious and training is very poor. After I highlighted the incident no one senior from the team tried to contact with me to discuss and listen to the problem, I had to ask for the duty manager then I was connected with her. Then she changed my room. Once I was waiting for the elevator at the lobby. Tires and exhausted, it doesnt matter whether I was tired or not but still. The elevator arrived and the hotel staff arrived later than I was waiting there and entered the elevator and did not even have the courtesy to ask or wait for me, he close the door and went to his floor. Its basic courtesy and manners in Hotel industry that you ask the guests politely. Even the service by the Citrus cafe staff and team was very very poor. Disappointing. Also I called and spoke to the reception that I will be checking out in 30 minutes please keep my Invoice ready, still the invoice with supportings was not kept ready. I had to wait for 30 minutes. What is the use of me calling then? The training and grooming of the staff was mediocre. The managers also needs to learn where they are working, they are not working in Raju Lodge, Mahesh Lodge or Rajesh Lodge? its a 3/4 star hotel.

Breakfast spread was good, location was also close to Mumbai International airport, Friendly staff at reception and the restaurant.

The location is not there on the maps, and I had to literally search around for it. finally located with the help of reception staff. I was billed taxes extra in addition to the booking .com price, don't think that was mentioned when the booking was done

Very clean. Terrific staff. Nice room. Very good mattress. Best hotel shower I’ve been in for many a year. Restaurant food was also excellent, if a bit pricey. Great concierge service!

The only reason this place didn’t get a perfect 10 was because I didn’t really know how to rate location. If you are accessing the airport, it’s a10. Getting to the city/downtown/old city is a major undertaking. The concierge desk was terrific in arranging transport however.

Room was good, cleanliness and room facilities were good.

They charge too much service tax, which is not worth staying there. Almost 40% service tax for 1 night stay and when I simply asked to extend my checkout time for 1 hour, again they asked 999 plus taxes. I didn't like the service or cooperation from them.

A very convenient hotel. Very clean and very spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very very good. A lot of choices in food, indian and international food.

The hospitality was awesome. Restaurant Asst manager Mr. Jayesh was excellent in looking into each customers expectations.. He was very productive and great asset to the organization. Similarly the chef Mr. Rajkumar South Indian very good in hospitality and great recipes And food was awesome

The rates aren't clear from booking. Com and from the hotel. Breakups wasn't clear, we had to ask in detail. While check in all amount were fully paid for stay. While check out there small confusion asking to pay. Which was well corrected by staff Nirmal a. Thanks to her and mngmt.

THE DESIGN OF THE ROOM AND THE HOTWATER SHOWER AS THE WATER DOESNT COMEOUT OF THE BATH AREA AT ALL. ALSO I LIKED THE CHEF'S (MR.RAJARAM'S COFFEE WHICH HE PREPARED EXCLUSIVELY WHEN I REQUESTED). THATS THE BEST COFFEE I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY LIFE.

THE TAXI DRIVER ( MANY) COULDNT FIND THE HOTEL LOCATION. MAY BE YOU NEED TO ADVERTISE MORE ABOUT THE LOCATION. WIFI THEY SAID THEY CAN GIVE ONLY FOR 2 DEVICES. STILL AFTER A LOT OF DISCUSSION MANAGED TO GET ONE MORE FOR MY LAPTOP

Location for international and internal flight service very good 6 months old so still very new and in lovely condition. Food was very nice. Drinks slightly expensive but for city hotel acceptable

Reception staff friendly however could not find our booking easily and did not have a record of a requested dinner for the evening leaving me to show them my booking on my phone to them. The whole thing was in a public area and I felt as did my husband slightly anxious and incompetent of how we had booked. The staff on no occasion apologised to us for the booking in delay leaving us feeling slight embarrassed, I felt the staff at reception had a slightly superior attitude towards a paying customer, a sorry often smooths confusion over a less that we all need to use.

The Room Service is not as per the expectations.

The infrastructure was very good and the staff is caring and helpful. I faced some issues using their wi fi, the IT team was on standby even after issue go it resolved, just to make sure my work went off well.

The access to the hotel currently is a little shabby due to constructions, else I loved the place.
